Jackie received her Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings, providing individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy. She draws from psychodynamic, insight-oriented, and CBT models to help clients understand the root of their distress, and begin to make lasting changes in their lives.

    "Everyone deserves a safe place and a caring professional with whom to walk through their struggles. My aim is to give clients both." Licensed since 2006, Katie specializes in treating adults with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and substance abuse. Her training is in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention. She treats clients in individual- and group-therapy settings and teaches various skills groups.

    "I believe we all can change and that change can be hard. Building on your personal strengths and using cognitive behavioral strategies, we will work together to achieve your counseling goals.​" With graduate degrees in psychology and human resource development, Gina provides a supportive approach assisting individuals in building up their skills and talents. She brings to the counseling relationship a diverse range of skills in training, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention. She has offered educational groups on positive parenting and anger management and has facilitated groups for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.

    Colin Neff, BA, DBT Group Coleader
    Having recently received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Towson University, Colin is still working towards his goal of becoming a licensed therapist. Through initially spectating and now assisting in leading the DBT skills training group, Colin has developed a passion for the DBT skills and their efficacy in helping individuals. Prior to DBT of Towson, Colin gained valuable experience in working with clients through volunteer positions at the Towson University counseling center and research labs.
